During hot summer months, there is a chance that the balm may melt in transit. While we have no control over the storage and processing of the product, it is an easy fix - simply place the balm in the fridge for a few hours and use a fork to whip it to the desired consistency. This will not affect the quality of the product and it will still work effectively. Keep out of reach of children.
